When you prioritize your self-care each day, you'll have an increase in energy, productivity and joy. When you don’t, you’ll have a decrease in these areas.

Here are some additional indicators of overwork and potential burnout:

  • Frequently staying late, working weekends, or sending emails after hours suggests that work-life boundaries are blurred and the workload is too high.

  • If you consistently forgo taking paid time off (PTO) because you feel too busy or indispensable, it’s

  • Regularly skipping lunch or not taking short breaks throughout the day to power through work can lead to physical and mental exhaustion over time.

Over time, you can make small adjustments that are based on the clues of your mind and body. You'll find yourself smiling, laughing and enjoying yourself more. You'll consistently wake up creating and recreating your schedule that aligns with your bio rhythms, values, intentions, personality, passions, and life goals.
