Our approach: DayBalancer works to operationalize resilience into PNW workforces. We address the root causes of burnout by using evidence-based, strengths-based, and outcomes-based strategies to support, monitor, and visualize progress toward goals. By addressing root problems of unnecessary stress, we help enhance success metrics, recruitment, hiring, talent development, balanced scorecards, KPIs, 360-degree feedback, and incentive systems.
To carry out our vision of resilient communities, we apply our own Balance Scorecard to improve impact (see below). This forms the foundation of our measurable approach, ensuring workforces are equipped to handle the demands of their roles in a balanced way.
We seek to collaborate with researchers to measure and assess resilience within PNW communities. All our assessments aim to meet high standards of reliability and validity. We welcome collaboration to further investigate and strengthen our framework.
